These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SubbieTrack, operated by SubbieTrack ("we", "us"). By downloading or using SubbieTrack, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
SubbieTrack is a mobile application for construction contractors providing quoting, project management, cost tracking, and related features. The app is currently available on Android only.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. One account per company. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
The Free plan is available at no cost and includes:
The Pro plan is billed at R399 per month (excluding any applicable taxes) and includes:
Subscriptions are managed through Paystack. Your card is charged monthly on the anniversary of your subscription start date.
You may pause or cancel your Pro subscription at any time from within the app (Settings → Subscription). Pausing takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Pro access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods already charged.
You agree not to:
SubbieTrack and its content remain the intellectual property of SubbieTrack. You retain ownership of all project data, quotes, and documents you create within the app.
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for decisions made based on SubbieTrack data.
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, SubbieTrack's total liability for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
